At LSR Connect, we strive to make the recruitment process as seamless and efficient as possible. Here's how it works:
Fill out the sponsorship ready form on our Filipino Workers Page. Our team will review your application to ensure all necessary forms are completed correctly.
If you meet our requirements, we'll schedule an interview with our team in the Philippines. We'll assess your skills and experience to determine whether you're the right fit for the available jobs.
If you're shortlisted, you'll be invited to take a skills test at a local workshop. You'll be scored on how well you perform each task.
If you pass the skills test, we'll offer you a job in Australia. You'll then work with our local agent to start your visa application process.
Once your visa is approved, you'll start your new job in Australia.
